Return and Refund Policy

Deposit is 100% non-refundable

All payments are final. if a date has been reserved for you it can not be reserved for anyone else. When you agree to book a date you have taken this date off of the calendar for other couples. At this point the date is yours and once the contact is signed the final balance is owed even in the event of a cancellation the remaining balance will still be owed.

A refund may be given if and only if the DJ is unable to complete the service agreed to  in the contract  due to matters out out of his control. such as injury ,death , car accident , weather or any other act of god / emergency situations
